About Us

Brian L. Woods is the owner and operator of CLASSIC CUSTOM HOMES. He is a Jackson High School graduate where he completed the Building Trades Program. Through Brian’s high school career, he worked for a trim carpenter through Jackson High School. After graduation, Brian began working with a local construction company where he worked his way up to lead carpenter, framing houses for custom home builders in Stark County.

After working his way up to lead carpenter, Brian decided to make a career move into the management program at 84 Lumber. While at his eleven years at 84 Lumber, Brian became the youngest manager of a 3.5-million-dollar lumber yard. Always looking to gain knowledge in the building industry, Brian then took a position in the contractor sales division of 84 Lumber where he would estimate and supply building materials to home builders.

Once again, eager to broaden his career path, Brian decided to start a management company where he owned and maintained 23 rental units. During this time, Brian started a construction company where he would buy, renovate and resell depressed homes. It was at this time; Brian noticed a need in the housing market for quality new construction homes. It is Brian’s passion, dedication and strong work ethic that makes him a quality home builder.

Today, Brian and his wife of 22 year, Lisa, reside in Jackson Township. They have one daughter, Gianna, 16 and Luca, their English Mastiff. Lisa has been teaching in the parochial schools for 24 years. Their daughter Gianna is an 10th grader at Canton Central Catholic, and is active member of the Canton Ballet Company. They enjoy going to Disney and spending quality time on Friday nights with pizza and a movie.
